・ If you do not receive the Trisham, please contact us by LINE or phone.
* We will make a custom-made insole halfway based on the shoe size and other information received from the customer, and we will meet you on the reservation date, so if you cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged.
* A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made 8 to 3 days before, and 100% for cancellations made the day before or two days before.
* The reservation date will be decided after the application and payment are completed.
